Where to start when you want to thank someone for something so big……. After the electricity at the Ronald McDonald House was finally restored, I could survey the damage of a broken water pipe. Three floors of the House had been flooded with water, 2 laundry rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 stairwells and a basement. I have never seen water gush through a ceiling before. What a mess!
The next logical question of course is, how do you clean up all this water? This can be answered with two words – TUFT-AIDE. I called Tuft-Aide at 9:00 p.m. and was greeted very pleasantly and reassuringly. Tuft-Aide was at the House within hours, surveying the damage and planning a course of action. I don’t think they were finished until around 5:00 a.m.
Buddy and Kathy were both here on a daily basis, checking the walls and ceilings. After nearly a week of large dryers and dehumidifiers our House was finally dry. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I never once was concerned that things were not handled properly. The Ronald McDonald House simply can’t thank you enough, Tuft-Aide for all the work you did at such a desperate time. I would be more than eager to recommend you to anyone who needs a good dry.

Dear Buddy, et al.,
Cathy (my wife) & I became acquainted with Buddy when we first moved to Springfield in 1981. Since then, we have never trusted any of our carpets, rugs & ‘other situations’ to anyone else.
I genuinely believe that Buddy ‘takes pride’ in his work where the majority of people nowadays do not. The result is obvious in his finished project. We have never had any other person or company do rug cleaning for us, ever. When we had a mini-diaster and our waterfall feature & plumbing system at home did not work correctly, Buddy did. He had a full crew at our place assessing water damage with water sensor devices and the latest in high technology equipment. Buddy’s response time was outstanding. He was there immediately.
I really feel because of the response time & technological advanced he used, our water damage was kept to a minimum and our house was literally restored to new. Buddy makes time to find out about the most current techniques, chemical, etc, then puts them to good work for you, the customer. I would highly recommend Buddy to anyone wanting a great job done right the first time.
