When faced with a water emergency,

every minute counts! For that reason, Tuft Aide does not own an answering machine! We have staff on call 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

When you call, you’ll talk to a real person.

We are normally on site within 1 to 2 hours / 24 hours per day! Exceptions to the rule include unusual driving distance or regional disasters caused by major storm, flood, or tornado.
